Age Verification Policy

6.1 Strict 18+ Restriction

The Service is strictly reserved for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. In jurisdictions where the age of majority is higher than 18, the higher age applies.

6.2 Verification at Registration

At the time of account creation, you must:

(a) confirm by an explicit checkbox that you are at least 18 years old;

(b) confirm that you understand the Service contains adult content relating to BDSM, female domination, and sexually explicit fiction;

(c) confirm that your access to such content is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

6.3 Compliance with Local Law

In certain jurisdictions, including specific U.S. states such as Texas, Louisiana, Utah, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Arkansas, Montana, and others, the law may require stricter age verification, including verification of government-issued identification by an independent third party.

If you are accessing the Service from such a jurisdiction, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for compliance with local age-verification requirements. We may, at our discretion, implement enhanced verification measures for users accessing from these jurisdictions, including the use of third-party age-verification services.

6.4 Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' access to the Internet. We strongly encourage the use of parental control software (such as those available through major operating systems and ISPs) to prevent minors from accessing adult content.

6.5 Reporting Concerns About Minors

If you have reason to believe that a person under 18 is accessing or has accessed the Service, please notify us immediately at info@submitlife.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including termination of the account.

6.6 No Content Involving Minors

SubmitLife strictly prohibits any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing minors. All characters in fictional content are adults aged 18 or older. All depictions, descriptions, or references to BDSM or sexual content involve only adults.

Any user submitting, attempting to submit, or seeking content involving minors will be:

• Immediately and permanently banned from the Service;
• Reported to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies in their jurisdiction;
• Subject to legal action.

6.7 Verification of Age in User-Submitted Content

For any user-submitted content that depicts an identifiable person, SubmitLife requires verification that the depicted person is at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created, consistent with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records required under that statute are maintained by the relevant content originator. SubmitLife does not act as the custodian of record for third-party content.
