These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SubmitLife platform. By accessing the site, the user fully accepts these terms.

The site is strictly reserved for adults. By creating an account or accessing content, the user certifies they are at least 18 years old and of legal age in their country of residence.

SubmitLife is a digital subscription platform providing educational content, challenges, a progression system and member features. No physical meetings are organized through the platform. No sexual services are offered through the platform.

• The user provides accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• All activity from the account is deemed to be performed by the user.
• Only one account per person is allowed unless agreed in writing.

SubmitLife reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, in case of breach of these terms, abusive behavior or unlawful activity. Such suspension does not entitle the user to a refund.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any content unlawful under applicable law.
• Any content involving minors, in any form whatsoever.
• Any non-consensual or violent content, or content harming human dignity.
• Harassment, threats, incitement to hatred or discrimination.
• Identity theft and disclosure of third parties' private information.
• Any unauthorized commercial, advertising or solicitation activity.

Users may upload photos, videos and challenge evidence through the platform's features.

• The user guarantees they hold all rights to the content they upload.
• The user remains solely responsible for the content they publish.
• SubmitLife may remove any content at its discretion, without notice.
• Accounts may be suspended without refund in case of violation.

SubmitLife uses reasonable means to ensure availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, nor the absence of maintenance or force majeure events.

These terms may be amended at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Belgium.
